5. The World’s Most Famous Diamonds
The first example is the Daria-i-Noor, which is known as the largest cut diamond in the world. It is estimated to weigh 182 carats. Currently, it is part of the Iranian Crown Jewels in Tehran.
Another great example is the Noor-ul-Ain or the light of the eye. This diamond has an oval shape, 60 carats and was the centerpiece for the wedding tiara that belonged to Iranian Empress Farah Pahlavi.
