Dainty and Durable – The Secret Behind Uneek Jewelry’s Manufacturing Process
“3 happily married months later, I’m relaxing at home while Mr. is off playing hockey. I catch sight of something odd out of the corner of my eye-something is out of place on my finger… I lift my hand to look at my ring, and yes something is very out of place… My CENTER DIAMONDS are GONE! Leaving nothing but a gaping hole in the center of my ring.. I had to double (more like quadruple) check to be sure I wasn’t losing my mind, yep.. They’re gone. So what do I do? Start ripping the couch apart, pace the room, dump my purse, rip the couch apart again- for a total of 5 times I’m assuming, then send hubs a picture of the sad sight, and then cried…moral of the story- I am very sad to not only have 5 diamonds fall out of 1 ring in less than a year, but to have a jewelry store that we have bought many pieces from, try and pull that on us. Needless to say, when all of this is said and done, [company name removed] has lost business from us. Such a disappointment.”
Secret’s out – Uneek has always valued fine craftsmanship. When you purchase jewelry from Uneek, you are making an investment that will truly stand the test of time because, believe it or not, not all jewelry is created equally. Here are some ways we remain loyal to our customers from the very start of our manufacturing process:
Our Secret Alloy:
Most women wear their ring everyday and you expect it to stay the same as the day it was given to you. At the core of every ring is an alloy that holds it together. Our secret alloy provides the utmost strength and durability to withstand all of the hardship your precious ring may endure. Many other jewelers have been known to use copper as an alloy, which is the reason that many of the castings are a yellowish tint and have to be polished. Our raw casting is white in color so there is no need for polishing the piece afterwards.
